It was pleasant but could have been better Staff made it accepptable.
The room and the pool were very nice. The Staff were wonderful.
The lack of entertainment of an evening, No background music in bars or poolside.

Beach was poor and you couldn't walk anywhere from the hotel. Felt a bit isolated

Price/quality ok. I would come again because of the excellent animator Santi. The view was great.
Excellent Santi, super professional animator. Can't imagine a better vacation without him. The theme restaurant was great. Wifi worked well. Free parking. Bingo and Kahoot in the evenings and acrobatic shows. There has been fruit papaya, honeydew melon, bananas, apples and tangerines always. Big balcony. 2 rooms, fridge and some plates and glasses. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The water was clean in the pool. Next to Anfi beach is super clean, shallow water and quite warm.
Poor cleaning. The dust under the bed is not cleaned at all. You should ask the reception for clean laundry. Luckily we paid €15 and borrowed the blue laundry. The furniture in the room is worn and the headboards are dirty. The restaurant did not have enough coffee cups and glasses and plates in between. The hotel is full and there were few places to eat. The plastic glasses were dirty in the bar. There was no ice cream in the bar at all, only in the dining room. There was no sparkling wine in the bar or in the restaurant. You can only get it after 7 pm at the beach bar. The cocktails were really sweet and they add sugar. The staff is tired. I got food poisoning once, hard to say where. You can't stay in the hotel area after check out. The entertainment program was the same acrobat and acrobat again. If a child wins in Kahoot/Bingo, they get a bottle of alcohol as a gift, not toys or sweets. The water in the room gets cold after 10 minutes because the hot water runs out. The other person can't take a shower right away. The heated water in the two pools was cool.

Quiet and relaxing!
The food was good. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Towels were not changed in 4 days. We had to get fresh towels from reception. No entertainment in the evening. Bar closed before 11pm.
